I understand a $75 registration fee is due at the first practice. Checks payable to Biglerville Youth Softball League.

I agree to the BYSL participation waiver and release of liability. I acknowledge that participation in softball carries inherent risks and give consent for my child to participate. I authorize league officials to obtain emergency medical treatment if necessary.

I grant permission for photos/videos of my child to be used for BYSL promotional materials and social media. (Optional)
